For over 20 years I have wanted to lose weight partially for health reasons and also because I just always felt uncomfortable. However, I am very undisciplined when it comes to eating and I just love food. Especially all the things that I know that I should not be eating. During May this year, I decided that I had had enough and decided to engage the services of Alex the Flying Phoenix to assist me with my goal.
At the end of May Alex and I had our initial Free telephonic session. I asked a lot of questions and Alex patiently answered them all. I decided immediately to sign up for her 3-month program just to see if just maybe this road to getting in shape would work, as up until now nothing else had. During our 1st session a week later I had a lot more questions and Alex was able to answer them all. Certainly a professional on the subject of weight management. She then recommended an eating program that she emailed to me after our session which included a 3-day break through phase along with some recipes to get going on this new way of life. At the end of the session, Alex also offered to have my wife Joy join as part of the program at no additional cost. Within a week of starting the program, we found that we were both enjoying the food which was easy to prepare once we had changed our shopping habits and rid the pantry of the foods that were causing us both to remain overweight. Despite the portion sizes seeming small on the plate we were both satisfied at the end of our meals and remained so for much longer into the day than when on our previous starch heavy diet and we had as much energy as before with no side effects. Once into the swing of things we realised that this is not a restrictive way of eating just a new way of life. Alex, even explained to us we should choose our meals when out at restaurants.
Then the really exciting part, after about 2 weeks I started to see the scale breaking through the weight plateau that I had been on for nearly a year. Then my clothes started to feel looser on me. Could this really be happening? After 9 weeks I reached my initial target and had lost 8.5 kgs and was now weighing less than I have ever done in the last 26 years. I am now setting my target on losing another 7 kgs in the next 3 months.
With her understanding and patience as well as all the help and resources that she shared with us I would definitely recommend Alex's program to anyone that is serious about losing weight. Thank you, Alex, for helping me to achieve my goal.
