For the past 20+ years I have worked in the service and hospitality industry with my focus being on customer satisfaction. I have worked primarily in establishments where there is little we won’t do to ensure that a guest is happy. Over this period, I have spent the latter 10 years working in the Human Resources side of the industry focusing on ensuring that the people who form the foundation on which our industry is built, are well looked after, invested in, and heard. My passion and focus is people development, facilitation and mentorship. Personal Coaching

Through a series of personal coaching sessions allow me to help you critically assess where you are at right now; and set meaningful, achievable goals towards the change you want to make. I will then support you along your journey to the life you’ve always wanted. This process entails 1:1 personal sessions that are tailored and specific to your needs. Typically, sessions are between 1 and 1½ hours long; and occur at one or two week intervals. During these meetings, we would set objectives and track your progress towards them. Together we will gently unpack any underlying blockages or fears that may be holding you back. Through the use of specific exercises and practices I will help you step out of your comfort zone and grab the life of health, happiness and fulfillment you deserve.
Group Coaching Programs

If you have already done some introspective work dealing with your wounds, fears and blockages, your questions may be more along the lines of: "Where do I find the confidence and courage to take the next steps towards happiness?" "What are the habits I need to instill and practice consistently?" "What are the conversation that I have with myself that I need to stop or be reworded?" The AWAKEN YOUR INNER PHOENIX program answers all these questions. This 6-Week Group Coaching Happiness Program takes you on a step-by-step self-care process to answer all these questions in a gentle, safe and deliberate manner. Connect with others on a similar journey and together find and apply the tools to live the life you were always meant to live.
Get Clarity with an Initial FREE Consultation
There is a lot to consider: is it best to do personal coaching or should you rather sign up for a course or a group program; or maybe even do a combination of two? These choices can be overwhelming. There is no straight answer, as each of us are unique and we have individual needs in particular circumstances. Your journey begins with an initial free consultation lasting 45 minutes. During this time, we will get to know each other. I will share with you the process of how I work. And once I have a better understanding of your needs we can determine which option will best support you in achieving a life of purpose, fulfillment and happiness. After the initial obligation-free meeting I will send you a proposal detailing the suggested coaching intervention including timelines and cost.
